Delivery Service
Deliveries will be made by courier. A signature will be required on receipt of produce. The driver will provide a 2-4 hour delivery slot and will phone 1 hour ahead of delivery. Please provide a telephone number when completing the enquiry form.
The Straw Logs will be moved by pallet truck to a point as close to the final storage location as possible as determined by access and ground conditions.
For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and all off shore Islands please contact us by e-mail or telephone to arrange haulage.
Availability
Straw Logs will be available for dispatch within 3-5 working days.
Back Orders: If the produce is not in stock we will contact you of the expected date of delivery and reason for delay. You will have the option of cancelling your order if you would rather not wait.
Payment Terms
Payment is to be made in Pounds Sterling and can be made by credit or debit cards through our secure server 24 hours a day, subject to authority from your card user. Most major credit / debit cards are accepted. Your order will be processed during normal office hours and you will receive an order number by confirmation e-mail.

Taxes : For domestic customers VAT is included in the price at 5%. For commercial customers please apply for a price. VAT will be chargeable at the reduced rate for volumes of 1 tonne or less and at standard rate VAT at volumes in excess of 1 tonne. These rates will be added to the sales price quoted.
All purchases made on line include 5% VAT.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your goods please inform us in writing or by e-mail within 7 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in the original condition. The purchase price of returned goods will be refunded by the same means as the payment was made. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order for any reason at any time prior to shipment. Once your order ships it will be subject to the Returns Policy. If you refuse shipment, you will be given a full credit for the return of any goods. This offer does not include the cost of returning the goods.
Customer Support, Services and Complaints: We aim to provide our customers with the highest standards of service possible and will deal with and queries or complaints in the fairest manner at all times whilst observing customer confidentiality. We will handle all queries and complaints within 7 days of notification
